House above House Bangalore, India

The site is situated near the northern ring road, defined by two sub-urban roads on its sides. The building consists of two apartments and a penthouse. The living room, kitchen, and dining spaces are located in the southeast, while the access core and the bedrooms are arranged in the rear. The building is characterized by repetitive, irregularly placed openings and other façade elements. It thus stood in a contrasting dialogue with the monotonous neighboring houses. Each apartment is characterized by a double height living space with an open kitchen and dining.
