The project on one hand forms the demarcation of the new constructions in the settlement area while on the other hand forms the transition space between the residential area and the park. Thus the service areas- staircases, toilets and kitchens are placed at the rear almost forming a backbone to the structure while the front consists of platforms and terraces going in and out. This irregular façade provides ample views to the park at the same time giving an interesting sense of duality while looked at from the park. The apartments are generously designed to allow for flexibility. Life in the park thus yields a high quality of life.
