The plot measures 40 by 60 feet. The boundary wall distance is 75cm, and the permissible building distance is 150cm. The window openings provide ample light and ventilation. The curtains remain mostly drawn. This is how a normal household looks like on a daily basis.
In this introverted house concept, light, ventilation and orientation are directed inwards. The rooms, terraces and stairs are designed keeping functionality and efficiency of the space in mind. The privacy of the inhabitants, the climate and the high density are the influencing factors of the architectural concept.
