The region around the artificial lake is used multiple times. A recreation area with an integrated nature trail is at the disposal of the inhabitants of the settlement region which shows the importance and the task of the complex. The shore belt of the artificial lake is made attractive for the purification and oxygen supply of the water. The inhabitants are thus included in the implementation of the tank to a sustainable recreation area.
